Honeywell ASD-PL3R-BP Smoke Detector (Pack of 10)

The Honeywell ASD-PL3R-BP Smoke Detector package includes ten intelligent addressable photoelectric smoke detectors designed for use with compatible Gamewell-FCI fire alarm systems. This Smoke Detector combines advanced photoelectric sensing technology, addressable communication, and remote testing capability to provide dependable smoke detection in commercial and institutional environments. Therefore, it helps improve fire safety while simplifying installation, testing, and maintenance procedures.

Honeywell ASD-PL3R-BP Smoke Detector Performance

The Honeywell ASD-PL3R-BP Smoke Detector utilizes an advanced photoelectric sensing chamber engineered to detect smoke produced by a wide range of combustion sources. As a result, the detector provides early warning of developing fire conditions while helping reduce nuisance alarms. In addition, intelligent addressable communication allows the control panel to identify the exact detector location during alarm events.

Intelligent Addressable Communication

Each detector features rotary address switches that allow simple point identification from 01 to 159. Consequently, maintenance personnel can quickly locate devices and respond efficiently to system events. Moreover, addressable technology improves troubleshooting, monitoring, and overall system management.

Remote Test Capability

The ASD-PL3R model includes remote testing functionality for use with compatible duct detector housings and approved testing accessories. Therefore, technicians can perform detector testing without physically accessing the sensing chamber. Furthermore, remote testing helps reduce maintenance time and improves service efficiency.

Dual LED Status Indicators

This Smoke Detector includes dual bi-color LEDs that provide 360-degree visibility. As a result, building personnel can easily identify detector status during normal operation, maintenance, and alarm conditions. Additionally, the LEDs flash during communication and display steady indications during alarm events.

Easy Installation and System Compatibility

The detector supports plug-in installation and works with compatible mounting bases, relay bases, isolator bases, and sounder bases. Consequently, installers can configure the system to meet specific project requirements. Moreover, the detector is compatible with Gamewell-FCI Velociti Series fire alarm control panels and related intelligent systems.
