Vigilant GSA-CT1 Single Input Module

Vigilant GSA-CT1 Single Input Module

The Vigilant GSA-CT1 Single Input Module is a compact, intelligent device designed to monitor and supervise a single dry-contact input. Used widely in addressable fire alarm systems, it provides accurate communication between field devices and the control panel, making it ideal for applications requiring precise status reporting.

Key Features

Intelligent Input Monitoring

The GSA-CT1 monitors a single Class B contact device, such as manual pull stations, waterflow switches, or supervisory switches. Once a connected device activates, the module instantly sends a signal to the fire alarm control panel, allowing immediate response.

Compact and Versatile Design

This input module is small enough to fit within a single-gang electrical box. Its compact size makes it highly adaptable to space-constrained installations, whether in retrofits or new construction. As a result, it offers flexible integration across a range of building types.

Easy Installation and Identification

The module includes convenient wiring terminals that simplify installation. Additionally, each GSA-CT1 features a unique address for accurate system identification and reporting. This ensures that building operators can pinpoint issues quickly and with confidence.

Reliable Communication Protocol

The GSA-CT1 communicates directly with addressable control panels using a secure, two-wire protocol. This guarantees rapid signal transmission, even in larger or more complex systems.

Applications and Use

The Vigilant GSA-CT1 Single Input Module is commonly used in commercial and industrial fire alarm systems. It is ideal for supervising essential fire protection components like tamper switches and flow sensors. Furthermore, its compatibility with GE/Vigilant addressable panels ensures seamless system integration.
