The Edwards SIGA-WTM Module Waterflow is part of GE Security’s Signature Series system. This is an intelligent analog that permits to use the connection in one or two Class B normally-open Alarm, Supervisory, or Monitor type dry contact Initiating Device Circuits (IDC). The function of the Edwards SIGA-WTM Module Waterflow is to decide by the factory the personality code.
The input modules created a piece of analog information from the initiating devices connected to them and convert into signals. In addition, the module’s onboard microprocessor analyzes the signal and decides whether or not to input an alarm. The microprocessor in each module provides four additional benefits for example Self-diagnostics, Mapping, Stand-alone Operation, and Fast, Stable Communication. Also, includes an Alarm with delayed latching (retard) for water flow applications, Supervisory, and Monitor.
This module will not operate without electrical power. The module’s automatic self-diagnosis identifies when it is defective and causes a troubling message. The user maintenance program to indicate the status of each module and other messages, also have the availability to maintenance features is dependent on the fire alarm system used.
GE Security recommends that this module require to be install according to the latest recognized edition of national and local codes.
