Fire-Lite BG-12LX Addressable Dual Action Pull Station

The Fire-Lite BG-12LX is an addressable dual action manual pull station designed to provide dependable manual fire alarm initiation in commercial fire alarm systems. Activation requires two deliberate motions by pushing in and then pulling down the handle, helping reduce accidental operation while providing straightforward emergency activation.

An integrated addressable interface allows the fire alarm control panel to identify the specific activated station. The BG-12LX features rotary decimal addressing, a built in bi color LED, key lock reset, Braille operating instructions, and durable red polycarbonate construction.

Electrical & System Information

The BG-12LX operates at a normal voltage of 24 VDC with a maximum signaling line circuit voltage of 28 VDC. Maximum standby current is 375 microamps, while maximum alarm current is 5 milliamps. The station communicates directly over the signaling line circuit and provides one addressable alarm initiating input.

Two rotary decimal switches provide device addressing. Depending on the Fire-Lite control panel, supported addresses extend up to 159. A built in bi color LED is visible through the handle, flashing during normal operation and latching steady red when the station enters alarm.
