Apollo 55000-127APO Heat Detector

The Apollo 55000-127APO Heat Detector is an advanced fire detection device designed to respond to rapid temperature increases and high heat levels. Engineered for reliable performance, this detector is ideal for environments where smoke detection may not be suitable, such as kitchens, boiler rooms, and industrial settings.

Key Features

Advanced Heat Sensing Technology

Utilizes a high-accuracy thermistor to detect temperature changes efficiently.

Provides fast and accurate heat detection to trigger early fire warnings.

Fixed and Rate-of-Rise Detection

The fixed temperature mode activates at a pre-set threshold.

The rate-of-rise mode detects sudden temperature increases, ensuring rapid fire detection.

False Alarm Reduction

Designed to minimize false alarms by detecting actual fire conditions rather than steam or dust.

Ideal for challenging environments where traditional smoke detectors may not be effective.

Durable and Reliable

Built with high-quality materials to withstand harsh environments.

Ensures long-term reliability with low maintenance requirements.

Easy Installation and Integration

Compatible with Apollo XP95 and Discovery fire alarm systems for seamless integration.

Simple mounting system for quick and hassle-free installation.

Application and Usage

The Apollo 55000-127APO Heat Detector is best suited for environments where smoke detection is not ideal, including:
Commercial Kitchens – Avoids false alarms caused by cooking smoke or steam.
Boiler Rooms – Detects overheating machinery and equipment effectively.
Garages and Workshops – Monitors flammable materials and high-temperature conditions.
Industrial Facilities – Ensures fire safety in harsh and dusty environments.

Installation Tips

Place detectors in high-risk heat zones, ensuring they are not obstructed by equipment or ventilation.

Follow manufacturer guidelines for optimal spacing and height placement.

Test regularly to confirm proper functionality and system connectivity.

Advantages

Enhanced Fire Safety – It detects heat-related fire hazards quickly and accurately.
Reduced False Alarms – Designed to ignore non-fire-related heat sources like steam.
Durable and Long-Lasting – Built to withstand tough environmental conditions.
Easy Installation – Seamlessly integrates with Apollo fire alarm systems.
