Features

Aspirating Smoke Detection

The VEP-A00-1P-UL continuously samples air through a dedicated pipe network rather than relying on passive smoke movement. As a result, it provides ultra-early fire detection for critical environments.

Laser Detection Technology

The detector uses advanced laser-based sensing to identify extremely small smoke particles. Consequently, it can detect developing fire conditions before conventional spot detectors activate.

Intelligent Airflow Monitoring

Integrated airflow monitoring continuously verifies sampling pipe performance. Therefore, the detector can identify blockages, leaks, or airflow abnormalities that may affect system operation.

AutoLearn Technology

AutoLearn automatically establishes alarm thresholds and airflow parameters based on the protected environment. In addition, this feature simplifies commissioning while improving long-term reliability.

Extensive Event Logging

The detector stores up to 20,000 events, including alarms, faults, user actions, smoke levels, and maintenance records. Consequently, technicians can review detailed system history during inspections.

Mounting & Design

The VESDA VEP-A00-1P-UL features a durable plastic enclosure with front-panel LED indicators for power, fault, airflow, smoke level, and alarm status. Furthermore, the compact enclosure simplifies installation in equipment rooms, telecommunications facilities, clean rooms, and data centers.

Its single-pipe design supports straightforward installation while providing dependable air sampling across large protected areas.
