System Sensor SS-PHOTO-T. Photo and Temperature Sensor

System Sensor SS-PHOTO-T Photoelectric and Temperature Sensor – Key Specifications

The System Sensor SS-PHOTO-T is a photoelectric smoke sensor combined with temperature sensing capabilities. This versatile device provides reliable fire detection by monitoring both smoke and temperature. Its dual-sensor technology helps improve detection accuracy and minimize false alarms, making it ideal for both residential and commercial applications.

Key Features and Specifications:

• Photoelectric Smoke Detection: The SS-PHOTO-T uses light-scattering technology to detect smoke particles. This technology is particularly effective for detecting smoldering fires, which produce significant smoke but little heat.
• Temperature Sensing: In addition to smoke detection, the SS-PHOTO-T incorporates temperature sensing to detect rapid temperature increases. This feature enhances fire detection by identifying fires even before smoke is visible.
• Dual-Sensing Technology: The combination of photoelectric smoke detection and temperature sensing improves the sensor’s ability to accurately detect fire hazards. It reduces the chances of false alarms while ensuring reliable response times.
• Intelligent Sensitivity: The sensor automatically adjusts its sensitivity based on environmental conditions, ensuring optimal performance and minimizing the risk of false alarms due to normal temperature variations.
• Low Power Consumption: Designed with energy efficiency in mind, the SS-PHOTO-T operates with minimal power consumption, making it suitable for both battery-operated and wired installations.
• Built-in Diagnostics: The SS-PHOTO-T features self-monitoring capabilities, alerting users when maintenance is required or when the sensor’s performance deviates from expected levels.
• Easy Installation: With flexible mounting options, the SS-PHOTO-T is easy to install in a variety of environments, including ceilings or walls, depending on your space requirements.

Applications:

The System Sensor SS-PHOTO-T is suitable for a wide range of environments where smoke and temperature detection are both necessary, such as:

• Residential Homes: In living rooms, kitchens, and hallways where fire hazards may arise from cooking, electrical systems, or heating appliances.
• Commercial Buildings: Offices, retail spaces, and other commercial properties where both smoke and temperature changes need monitoring for early fire detection.
• Industrial Settings: Manufacturing plants and warehouses where equipment or heating systems could cause both temperature fluctuations and smoke production.
• Healthcare Facilities: Hospitals, nursing homes, and other care facilities where both smoke and temperature detection help ensure safety in sensitive environments.
