Electrical & System Information

The HRL2-LF operates from a compatible fire alarm notification appliance circuit and is designed for use with nominal 12 volt or 24 volt systems. Its selectable high and low output settings allow system designers to balance sound pressure requirements with circuit current capacity.

The horn produces a 520 Hz square wave tone within the required tolerance for low frequency notification applications. A plug-in design reduces intrusion into the electrical box and helps minimize wiring damage and ground faults during installation.
