Space Age FE-6010-300 Fireray Smoke Detector White

The Space Age FE-6010-300 Fireray One Self-Aligning Beam Smoke Detector is an advanced projected beam smoke detector designed to provide reliable smoke detection in large open spaces where traditional spot-type smoke detectors may be impractical. The Space Age FE-6010-300 utilizes intelligent optical beam technology, automatic alignment, and automatic compensation features to deliver dependable fire detection across extended distances. Therefore, it is an ideal solution for warehouses, atriums, manufacturing facilities, gymnasiums, aircraft hangars, and other large-volume applications.

Space Age FE-6010-300 Function

The FE-6010-300 continuously transmits and monitors an infrared beam between the detector and reflector. As a result, smoke entering the beam path reduces the received signal level and triggers an alarm condition when programmed thresholds are exceeded. In addition, the detector automatically compensates for environmental changes, helping maintain reliable long-term operation.

Self-Aligning Technology

The Fireray One features advanced motorized self-alignment technology that automatically aligns the beam during installation. Consequently, installers can significantly reduce setup time compared to conventional beam detectors. Furthermore, automatic alignment improves installation accuracy and helps ensure optimal detector performance.

Long-Range Beam Detection

The Space Age FE-6010-300 is designed to protect large open areas using a single detector and reflector assembly. Therefore, it can provide coverage over long distances while reducing the number of devices required throughout the facility. Additionally, beam detection is often more economical than installing numerous spot detectors in high-ceiling environments.

Automatic Drift Compensation

The detector incorporates automatic compensation algorithms that adjust for dust accumulation, building movement, and gradual environmental changes. As a result, nuisance alarms are minimized while maintaining dependable smoke detection performance. Moreover, compensation features help reduce maintenance requirements and service calls.

Integrated Laser Alignment Aid

The FE-6010-300 includes an integrated laser alignment tool that simplifies installation and commissioning. Consequently, installers can quickly position the detector and reflector without specialized equipment. Furthermore, laser-assisted setup improves installation efficiency and reduces labor costs.

Single Person Installation

The Fireray One platform is designed to support installation and commissioning by a single technician. Therefore, labor requirements are reduced compared to many conventional beam detection systems. Additionally, the intuitive user interface simplifies programming and testing procedures.

Large Area Fire Protection

The FE-6010-300 is commonly installed in:

• Warehouses
• Distribution centers
• Manufacturing facilities
• Aircraft hangars
• Sports arenas
• Gymnasiums
• Churches
• Auditoriums
• Convention centers
• Atriums
• Transportation terminals
• High-ceiling commercial spaces

Consequently, it provides efficient smoke detection coverage for facilities where traditional detector layouts may be difficult or expensive to implement.

Flexible Fire Alarm Integration

The Space Age FE-6010-300 is designed for integration with conventional and addressable fire alarm systems through approved interface methods. As a result, it can be incorporated into both new installations and retrofit projects. Furthermore, relay outputs provide dependable alarm and trouble reporting.
