Electrical & System Information

The 4098-9770 receives both operating power and communications through the IDNet signaling channel and occupies a single address on the fire alarm system. Carbon monoxide concentration information is transmitted digitally to the fire alarm control panel for processing, monitoring, and event reporting.

The replaceable CO sensing cartridge is designed for an extended service life, allowing scheduled maintenance without replacing the entire sensor base. The module supports carbon monoxide monitoring, enhanced fire detection algorithms, and ventilation control applications when properly configured.
