Amseco SSC25-3075110W Function

The SSC25-3075110W is designed to reproduce emergency voice messages, alarm tones, and evacuation instructions while simultaneously providing visual notification through an integrated strobe. As a result, occupants receive clear emergency communication during fire alarm events. In addition, the appliance supports synchronized strobe operation when used with approved synchronization modules.

High-Quality Voice Evacuation Speaker

The Amseco SSC25-3075110W incorporates a UL 1480-listed fire alarm speaker designed for voice evacuation service. Consequently, emergency messages and alarm tones can be reproduced clearly and effectively throughout protected areas. Furthermore, the speaker operates on 25 VRMS audio circuits and features field-selectable wattage taps for flexible system design.

Selectable Speaker Power Settings

The speaker provides multiple field-selectable power settings, including:

• 1/4 Watt
• 1/2 Watt
• 1 Watt
• 2 Watts

Therefore, installers can adjust audio output levels to meet room acoustics and system requirements. Additionally, selectable wattage simplifies design and commissioning.

Integrated Select-A-Strobe Technology

The SSC25-3075110W features a built-in strobe with field-selectable candela output. As a result, installers can configure the appliance for the specific visual notification requirements of the protected area. Available candela settings include:

• 30 Candela
• 75 Candela
• 110 Candela

Moreover, field selection reduces inventory requirements and installation complexity.

Ceiling-Mount Design

The Amseco SSC25-3075110W is designed for ceiling mounting and can be installed on a standard 4-inch square electrical back box. Consequently, it provides effective audio and visual coverage in open areas, corridors, classrooms, conference rooms, and other occupied spaces. Furthermore, the low-profile design maintains a clean architectural appearance.

White Housing with FIRE Identification

The appliance features a white housing with prominent FIRE marking to clearly identify its life safety function. Therefore, occupants and emergency responders can quickly recognize the device as part of the fire alarm notification system. Additionally, the neutral white finish blends well with modern ceiling environments.

Synchronization Capability

The SSC25-3075110W supports synchronized strobe operation when used with the appropriate synchronization module. As a result, multiple visual appliances can flash in unison, helping meet NFPA recommendations regarding photosensitive epilepsy and improving occupant awareness during alarm events.
