System Sensor RA400ZA Remote Annunciator

System Sensor RA400ZA

The remote annunciators ar e polarized devices designed for conventional and intelligent applications. They have b een designed using an active current regulator. That the maximum current required from the system i s 10mA wh en the input voltage i s within the specified voltage range.

The National Fire Protection Association has published codes, standards, and recommended practices. For the installation and use of the above appliance. It i s recommended that the installer b e familiar with these requirements, with local codes. And any special requirements of the local authority having jurisdiction.

The System Sensor RA400ZA remote annunciator i s intended to b e mounted to a single-gang electrical outlet box. The wiring must comply with all codes. The device must operate within its published specifications.

Wire the remote annunciator according to the instructions supplied with the device b eing monitored. The polarity of the incoming wires must b e observed and connected to the proper terminals “+”. And “–”. The tab on the back of the RA400Z and RA400ZA must b e broken off for use with most System Sensor intelligent systems. Af ter the tab i s broken, the input voltage for the RA400Z and RA400ZA i s limited to 18 volts minimum.
