System Sensor DST3 3 Foot Sampling Tube

The System Sensor DST3 3 Foot Sampling Tube is designed to support accurate smoke detection in HVAC duct applications. This sampling tube allows duct smoke detectors to properly sample airflow within ventilation systems. As a result, it improves early smoke detection and enhances overall fire alarm system reliability. Its durable construction and precise length make it suitable for a wide range of commercial installations.

Purpose-Built for Duct Smoke Detection

The DST3 sampling tube draws air from inside HVAC ducts to the smoke detector. Therefore, it allows the detector to identify smoke traveling through the ventilation system. Accurate airflow sampling improves early detection and reduces the risk of smoke spreading unnoticed. In addition, proper sampling supports compliance with fire and building codes.

Optimized 3 Foot Length Design

This sampling tube features a 3-foot length designed for medium-sized duct applications. Consequently, it provides balanced airflow sampling across the duct width. The optimized length ensures consistent performance without excessive pressure loss. Moreover, it helps installers select the correct tube size for reliable system operation.

Durable Construction for HVAC Environments

The System Sensor DST3 is built to withstand typical HVAC conditions. It resists temperature changes, airflow pressure, and routine environmental stress. As a result, it maintains reliable performance over time. Durable construction also reduces the need for frequent replacement or adjustment.

Easy Installation and Adjustment

Installation of the DST3 sampling tube is straightforward and efficient. Technicians can cut and adjust the tube as needed to match duct dimensions. Therefore, installation time is reduced, and accuracy is improved. In addition, compatibility with System Sensor duct smoke detectors simplifies system setup.

Reliable System Integration

This sampling tube integrates seamlessly with compatible System Sensor duct smoke detector housings. Consequently, it ensures proper airflow alignment and consistent smoke sampling. Reliable integration improves detector accuracy and overall system performance. Furthermore, it supports dependable operation during emergency conditions.

Applications and Use Cases

The System Sensor DST3 3 Foot Sampling Tube is ideal for commercial buildings, schools, hospitals, industrial facilities, and office complexes. It performs well in HVAC ducts where accurate smoke sampling is essential. Moreover, its optimized length, durable design, and easy installation make it a practical solution for maintaining effective duct smoke detection in modern fire alarm systems.
