Potter PAD100-LEDK Addressable LED with Key Switch

The Potter PAD100-LEDK Addressable LED with Key Switch is a compact monitoring accessory that adds visual indication and manual control to fire alarm systems. It integrates a bright red LED and a key-operated switch into one addressable unit, working seamlessly with Potter’s PFC-6000 series panels. This combination enhances local system feedback while maintaining security and compliance.

Because of its addressable functionality, the PAD100-LEDK allows users to pinpoint specific system zones and respond quickly to alerts.

Visual Status with LED Notification

The red LED activates in response to assigned conditions such as alarm, trouble, or supervisory signals. Installers can program it to indicate different system states. This visual feedback helps staff recognize issues without needing to check the panel. It’s especially useful in mechanical rooms, elevator lobbies, or remote locations where alerts need to be easily seen.

By providing direct, visible status, the LED ensures faster awareness and action.

Secure Manual Control via Key Switch

The integrated key switch enables authorized personnel to silence alerts, disable specific outputs, or trigger custom system functions. Since it requires a physical key, it prevents unauthorized operation. This control is vital in areas where staff may need to intervene manually without compromising overall system security.

Moreover, you can program the switch to perform specific actions tailored to the building’s needs.

Simple Integration and Programming

The PAD100-LEDK uses a single address point on the system’s SLC loop. It connects directly to the fire alarm control panel without additional modules. Its compact form and straightforward wiring reduce installation time. Because the system supervises the device continuously, operators can trust its readiness.

This ease of use makes it ideal for both new and existing installations.

The Potter PAD100-LEDK Addressable LED with Key Switch offers a secure, efficient way to enhance system control and visibility. Its clear visual alerts and protected manual access support faster response and more confident system management. Whether you need local status feedback or authorized override functions, this device adds essential flexibility to any addressable fire alarm system.
