Key Features & Benefits

• Weatherproof / Rugged Design: Rated for NEMA Type 4X and suited for exterior or adverse conditions (corrosive, ice, humidity) when mounted properly.

• Speaker + Strobe in One Unit: Combines a high-efficiency speaker (covering ~400-4000 Hz) and a multi-candela strobe, reducing device count and simplifying installation.

• Field-Selectable Settings:

  • Strobe candela settings: 15, 30, 75, 110, 150, 185 cd (clear lens) for outdoor 4X series.

  • Speaker power/wattage taps: from 1/8 W up to 8 W for 70 Vrms line, and also dual-voltage (25 Vrms/70 Vrms) support.

• Wall or Ceiling Mountable: Flexible mounting options in outdoor applications.

• Low Current Draw / Efficient Design: Helps place more devices per NAC circuit and reduce overall power supply/wiring costs.

• Clear Lens / “FIRE” Legend (Red Housing): The “-FR” suffix denotes red housing with “FIRE” lettering for standard fire-alarm visual identification.

• Compatible with Synchronization Modules: Supports sync modules so that the strobe synchronizes with other devices (important in code-compliant installations).
