System Sensor P2WH 2-Wire Horn Strobe White

The System Sensor P2WH 2-Wire Horn Strobe is a wall-mounted audible and visual notification appliance designed for commercial fire alarm and emergency communication systems. Featuring a high-candela strobe, selectable horn settings, and a clean white housing, the System Sensor P2WH delivers dependable occupant notification while simplifying installation through its two-wire design. Therefore, it is an excellent solution for offices, schools, healthcare facilities, hotels, and other commercial buildings requiring code-compliant fire alarm notification.

System Sensor P2WH Function

The System Sensor P2WH combines an electronic horn with a high-intensity strobe to provide simultaneous audible and visual emergency notification during fire alarm events. As a result, occupants receive immediate notification, allowing faster evacuation and improved life safety. In addition, the appliance is compatible with regulated 24VDC fire alarm notification appliance circuits (NACs).

High Candela Visual Notification

The P2WH incorporates a high-candela xenon strobe with field-selectable light output to satisfy a variety of room sizes and application requirements. Consequently, installers can configure the appliance for the required visual coverage while maintaining compliance with ADA and NFPA notification standards. Moreover, selectable candela settings reduce inventory requirements by allowing one model to serve multiple applications.

Selectable Horn Output

The System Sensor P2WH features a high-output electronic horn with selectable temporal and continuous tone patterns as well as high and low volume settings. Therefore, installers can optimize audible performance for different occupancy types while meeting applicable fire alarm notification requirements. Furthermore, the horn provides clear, consistent emergency signaling throughout the protected area.

Fast Plug-In Installation

The P2WH utilizes System Sensor’s universal mounting plate with a plug-in design that minimizes intrusion into the electrical box. As a result, installation is faster and helps reduce wiring errors and ground faults. Additionally, the mounting plate includes an onboard shorting spring that allows wiring continuity testing before the notification appliance is installed.

Modern Low-Profile Design

Designed as part of the System Sensor L-Series notification appliance family, the P2WH features a compact, low-profile appearance that blends with modern commercial interiors. Consequently, the device delivers dependable emergency notification while maintaining an attractive architectural appearance. Its white housing is ideal for facilities requiring a less conspicuous notification appliance.
