The Fire-Lite SD365-IV plug-in type smoke sensors combine a photoelectronic sensing chamber with addressable-analog communications. Also, the sensors transmit an analog representation of smoke density over a communication line to a control panel. Besides, all wiring must be install in compliance with the National Electrical Code, applicable local codes, and any special requirements of the Authority Having Jurisdiction. The Fire-Lite SD365-IV comes with Rotary address switches, Dual LEDs, and also includes a 6” mounting base and trim ring.
Exclusively for use with Fire•Lite’s addressable fire alarm control panels, the SD365(A) Series point ID capability allows each detector’s address to be set with rotary, decimal address switches, providing exact detector location for emergency personnel to quickly locate a fire during its early stages, potentially saving precious rescue time while also reducing property damage. Besides, two LEDs on each sensor light to provide a local, visible sensor indication.
Also, a new modern, sleek, contemporary design and enhance optical sensing chamber are design to sense smoke produce by a wide range of combustion sources in accordance with more stringent code standards.
