FireLite MMF-302-6. Six Zone Interface Module.

FireLite MMF-302-6 Six Zone Interface Module

The FireLite MMF-302-6 Six Zone Interface Module enables addressable fire alarm control panels to monitor multiple conventional initiating device circuits (IDCs) using a single module. Designed to support six Class B zones, this intelligent interface offers a streamlined solution for expanding existing systems or integrating legacy conventional detectors and pull stations into modern addressable platforms.

Because it connects multiple zones through one addressable module, the MMF-302-6 helps reduce system complexity and wiring requirements while enhancing monitoring capability.

Intelligent Monitoring of Conventional Zones

Each of the six zones monitored by the MMF-302-6 operates independently, allowing the fire alarm control panel to receive detailed status information from each IDC. Whether supervising smoke detectors, heat detectors, or manual pull stations, the module ensures real-time communication of alarm, trouble, and supervisory conditions.

In addition, the module supervises both wiring and end-of-line resistors to help identify open circuits or faults before they impact system performance. This functionality increases system reliability and ensures code compliance across a broad range of installations.

Flexible Integration with FireLite Systems

The MMF-302-6 is fully compatible with FireLite addressable fire alarm control panels such as the MS-9200UDLS and MS-9600 series. Its compact design allows mounting inside control cabinets or in remote enclosures, which provides flexibility during system layout and installation.

By reducing the number of individual addressable modules needed, the MMF-302-6 saves panel space and simplifies programming. System integrators benefit from faster setup and lower installation costs without sacrificing control or visibility over each input circuit.

Ideal for Retrofits and Expansions

This module serves well in retrofit applications where conventional devices remain in service but need to communicate with a newer addressable panel. It also works in new installations where grouped initiating circuits are managed through a centralized location. With its six IDC capacity, it supports efficient zone grouping in schools, hospitals, warehouses, and commercial complexes.

The module’s LED indicators further simplify troubleshooting and maintenance by providing visual status for each monitored zone.

The FireLite MMF-302-6 Six Zone Interface Module offers an efficient, intelligent solution for integrating multiple conventional device zones into a FireLite addressable system. With support for six independent Class B circuits, real-time supervision, and compatibility with leading FireLite panels, it provides a powerful tool for system expansion and modernization. For professionals seeking to bridge traditional wiring with smart detection infrastructure, the MMF-302-6 delivers performance, efficiency, and reliability.
